Excellent home with all the amenities you would need for a very comfortable stay. The home seems very new and decorated nicely. All rooms were very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this property and would stay here again!

Great location, parking in driveway and garage, very clean, great communication, easy check/in, had everything we needed for the weekend, bedrooms upstairs and great kitchen/dining/family room downstairs.

Really one of the best properties we have rented. Positive: This was by far one of the best properties where we have stayed. It was a very large three bedroom condo. Plenty of room for the five of us. We could have had several more and been comfortable. The master has an en suite, with a massive walk in closet. There is a bonus flex room with a pull out couch and TV. Garage is great given the frequent afternoon rain in Baton Rouge. When we arrived we noticed one of the beds had a leg that had broken. I messaged the property owner at 11 p.m. just to let them know, as we didn't need all the beds. The host responded within minutes, and had someone there first thing in the morning to fix it. We travel quite a bit, and we will definitely be returning. Negative: Honestly nothing. This property really is great. If you have a student at LSU, this is a great location about a mile down the road, with parking and plenty of room. It's also near several restaurants and a Rouse's Supermarket plaza. This is a newer condo with good quality furnishings.

Very close to LSU and stores, this place was perfect for us. The house is very clean, and located in a quiet neighborhood. Will definitely stay again.
