Peaceful Bayou Escape Close to LSU Campus - CL5626

Positive: The townhouse was spacious enough for a family of 9. Negative: I did not like that there were not enough towels for our stay. We stayed 5 nights and they supplied enough washcloths for 1 night for each person. They were supposed to provide enough trash bags for every night, but there were just 2 and they didn't reply after we messaged them and told them. All of the linen and towels were white, which is helpful for the owners, but not guests on their monthly cycle. A nightmare for a family with teen girls. And the single cup coffee machine was dirty. One of the couches was sinking in, which was also inconvenient for our large party. They also need pest control because we saw roaches as well. Anytime we had food.

the stay was good and the neighborhood was nice and safe. the only issue was a power outage and the owner was very helpful at helping to get it reported and keeping us updated

Positive: Location. Plenty of space and beds. Towels and shower products. Negative: Needed more trash bags and toilet paper.

5 night stay. Lots of time to play Positive: Location was phenomenal. We were bowling in the Nationals Did a day run to New Orleans. Easy access to get anywhere. The laundry was very nice. 3 full baths was a plus. Quick response to our door issue. Negative: The garage was still being used by the owner for storage . It was advertised as available to use. During our stay people were in it and left the door open. Had an issue one evening after dinner. door code didn't work anymore for sTheome reason and used the contact ifo in booking.com. She responded quickly and had a maintenance guy there promptly. Issue satisfied. Kurieg machine was moldy and unusable. Don't know where this complaint lies. We didn't get the leaving instructions until we were 3 hours away. Needless to say, The only thing we did on the list was put remotes back where they were found. Sorry to the owner , we should have received that info the night before checkout. Really needs fans in the other two bedrooms. I understand they had bunk beds but temperatures were higher in those two rooms.

Everything was as advertised. Comfortable, very clean with plenty of room. Convenient to food, school and convention center. Also, the garage with opener came in handy. I certainly dont mind tiding up, taking out our trash and emptying the fridge. Wasn't a fan of stripping the beds.strihaving to strip the beds.
